Kir Breton

L’apéro or the evening aperitif is a time-honored tradition in France. When not enjoying wine, the Nantais drink hard cider. Brittany and neighboring Normandy grow a lot of apples. This cocktail replaces the white wine in Kir with cider from Brittany. The proportions can be adjusted to taste. Santé!
