France is known for its gastronomy.  Seattle has great restaurants too.  Of course SNSCA has a gastronomy exchange between Seattle and Nantes!

Chef Kristi Brown of Communion Restaurant & Bar in Seattle is collaborating on a special menu for the 2025 delegation to Nantes with Chef Lucie Berthier Gembara of Sepia Restaurant in Nantes.
