Dessert Crêpe

Ingredients for 4 people:
250 grams of all-purpose flour, sifted
2 pinches of salt
50 grams of sugar
4 eggs
50 grams of melted butter
1 liter of milk
Grand Marnier, rum, vanilla, or orange juice (optional flavoring)
Preparation:

In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar.

Mix in the eggs and butter with a wooden spoon just until you have a smooth paste.

Gradually whisk in the milk until no lumps remain.

Melt a small amount of butter in a hot, non-stick pan, and spoon in a small amount of batter, swirling it until it coats the bottom of the pan in a thin layer.

When lightly browned, flip over and cook another few minutes.

Repeat steps 4 and 5 until all the batter is used.

To serve, spread with sugar, butter and sugar, or jam.
