Seattle-Nantes Brownies

using LU Cookies

Make you favorite brownie batter.  Put 2/3 of it in the pan, cover with a layer of LU Petit Beurre or LU Petit Écolier cookies, and then cover with the remaining 1/3 of the batter.  Cook as usual.
